Practice

Marc’s practice focuses on contract law, as well as commercial and corporate law. In these legal fields, Marc is experienced in national and international litigation as well as arbitration proceedings. Furthermore, Marc advises our clients on social security and immigration law matters.

Education and Professional Experience

Marc studied law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where he graduated in 2013 with a Master of Law (magna cum laude). In 2019, he began a doctoral degree in the area of occupational diseases at the University of Zurich, which he successfully completed in 2025, graduating magna cum laude.

His professional career began in 2013 as a trainee lawyer at a renowned law firm in Zurich, followed by an internship at a leading firm in Auckland, New Zealand. He then undertook a legal internship at a well-established St.Gallen law firm, where he continued as an associate attorney after being admitted to the St.Gallen bar in 2017, focusing on contract law.

Alongside his doctoral studies, Marc worked part-time as a coordinator for a doctoral program at the University of Zurich and as a research assistant at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

In August 2023, Marc joined Wenfei’s Beijing office as an associate.

Languages

Marc's main working languages are German and English. Currently, he is intensively learning Chinese.

Interests

Marc enjoys fine dining, which is why he engages in regular sports activities.
