Ke’s practice focuses on corporate law, including foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions as well as liquidation procedures. She frequently advises clients in corporate reorganizing and restructuring, and the establishment of new companies and representative offices. She also has experience in litigation and arbitration. 

Education and Professional Experience

Ke graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and passed the National Bar Exam in 2009. She started her legal career at a law firm in Guangdong Province with a focus on litigation and arbitration, then joined a reputable domestic law firm in Beijing in early 2010. After gathering extensive experience in corporate matters for over 3 years, she joined Wenfei Law. 

During her college years, Ke gained professional experience as an intern at the Intermediate People’s Court of Fushun, where she focused on issues of civil law.
