Education and Professional Experience

Rongke Graduated from School of Transnational Law, Peking University with a Master of Laws degree. During his studies, he participated in an exchange program at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, Norway. Rongke passed the PRC Bar Exam in 2019 and interned at reputable law firms in Beijing and Zhejiang, primarily focusing on cross-border M&A transactions and dispute resolution. In 2024, Rongke joined Wenfei’s Beijing Office of as a legal consultant.
