Our Team
Our team consists of lawyers and legal consultants with a various cultural backgrounds, legal know-how and experiences, starting with the fact that we have on board not only Swiss and Chinese lawyers and jurists. We have or have had lawyers with German, Belgian, Spanish and American backgrounds in our team.
Besides our Swiss lawyers, who are all registered in Switzerland and partly are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), our firm is proud to have legal consultants, who have enjoyed legal education at Chinese Top-Universities and even studied several years in Europe.
As regards our team’s educational background, we are proud to reunite attorneys with legal training abroad, i.e. outside of their home country, ranking from J.D to PhD in various universities worldwide, such as in Beijing (PRC), Shanghai, Singapore, Vienna (Austria), UK, Zurich (Switzerland), Freiburg (Germany) and Kyushu (Japan).
When it comes to work experience, our attorneys and legal consultants – before entering our firm – have accumulated practice, among others, in the banking and insurance sector, as chief legal counsel of hi-tech companies.
Finally, we are active members of the communities we live in: we contribute as active members to our respective bar associations and their publication. For many years, we have been deeply involved the various Chambers of Commerce (such as Swiss, European, US, German and France) in the Greater China Region as well as in Switzerland and Germany, and some even act as arbitrators registered with local arbitrations associations.
