Upon the invitation by the Center for Sino-Swiss Competence (CSSC-HSG) in St. Gallen and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich, Dr. Paul Thaler, Partner of Wenfei, has held a presentation concerning "China's Law & Regulation - Changes & Challenges" for Round Table - China on September 26, 2007. Dr. Thaler has talked about the new property law of the  PRC, which will go into effect on October 1, 2007 concering aspects such as the creation, transfer and ownership of property, and the PRC's labor law, which is an import issue for foreign firm producing in China.
