Dr. Paul Thaler, founding partner and in charge of the our activities in Zurich, Beijing and Shanghai has accumulated more than thirteen years of professional experience in China and has successfully advised numerous foreign and local companies in negotiations, direct investments, M&A's, board representation and dispute resolutions. For eight years Dr. Paul Thaler has been member of the board of directors of a large listed PRC Company. Wenfei Law has been assisting the first strategic foreign investment in China. Upon request of a leading publisher for legal literature Dr. Paul Thaler and Wenfei Law have published the book “China Business Law”, which has been appreciated by students as well as practitioners.
